Now Let’s learn to Create an Email id with your Domain Name for Free from ZOHO Account.

#1. First of All, Go to THIS Link, and then Create your Account. Enter your Name, Phone Number, Another Email Address, etc.

#2. Now Choose the Plan for Zoho as Forever Free Plan. You can choose the Free Plan now and later upgrade it if needed.

#3. Now, Enter your Domain Name and Organization Name.

#4. Now, proceed to Domain Verification. Open your Domain DNS Settings and then go to CUSTOM RESOURCE RECORDS.

Now, go to ADMIN CONSOLE of Zoho, then go to Domains, and then Email Configuration to Verify your Domain Name.

A. First of all, add New TXT Record in Domain DNS Settings Custom Resource Records as shown in the photo below.

B. Now, add MX Records in DNS Settings Custom Resource Records as shown in the photo below. There may be more than 1 MX Record; you can add the 1st one only.

C. Now, again, you need to add another TXT Record (SPF record) in Domain DNS Settings Custom Resource Records. Add this again with the same process as Step A.
If it can’t be added, then delete the one Added in Step A and then try adding this TXT Record. I think you can’t add this without deleting the Previously added TXT Record in Step A. So Delete that one and try adding this TXT Record.

D. Now, add the Last one: DKIM TXT Record, Add as 'Admin' and then Add that DKIM TXT Record in Domain DNS Settings Custom Resource Record as shown in the photo below.

After this, your Overall Domain DNS Settings Custom Resource Records for Zoho seem like this in the photo below.

You have successfully verified your Domain and created an Email Address with your Domain name.
